The following was an email I wrote to my governor about promlems with medical coverage and practice

To: Gray Davis
From: Sam Shepard (me)
Date: 12.10.02

Dear Mr.Governor, My name is Sam Shepard, and I have a little problem. The other day I went into the doctor to get an examine. I was getting my left testicle examined because it hurt when I touched it or played with it. Anyways after I dropped my pants for the doc, he proceeds to tell me that I have a inflamed thing a mabob, and that it is caused from a build up of sperm. Well I figure if I have a build up of sperm that must mean that I need to relieve some tension, so I ask him if he can have one of his nurses come in and jerk me off to relieve the build up. He DECLINED, Mr.Governor what is the world coming to when a man can't get jerked off for medical purposes? I really hope you look into this horrible situation and do something about it.

Sincerely,
Sam Shepard
